Very mixed... I really like Dr. Kingman but... I have a very difficult time communicating with the office. I had test done and was told I would hear back in 2 to 5 days... It's been 12 days and nothing... this after calling and leaving a voice mail request 4 days ago. It generally takes me about an hour or two to get through a normal appointment which includes a 15 to twenty minute wait between seeing someone... Nurse, Doctor, et al.
Dr. Kingman and her staff are absolutely amazing. They explained everything they were going to do, answered all my questions and put me at ease before and after my procedure. Her staff generally cares about you and ensures that your well-being is priority one.
