Atrium Health Navicent Heart & Vascular Care - Vascular Service

I'm not usually one to leave reviews but the care I received here was exceptional and it is worth it. From the time the appointment was made until I left the office, the staff were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was sent for a stat referral for a DVT in my arm. I had an US first with two amazing technologists (Kamille and Ryan) and then was quickly put into an exam room. Both the nurse Courtney and NP Haley that I saw were down to earth, while also listening to my concerns/symptoms. As a patient, I was so grateful to be heard and validated. The surgery scheduler was friendly and warm, as well. As a nurse myself, those in healthcare aren't often recognized for doing a great job; I do believe these ladies and gentleman deserve the praise.

Was thinking of switching Heart Physicians but based upon these reviews I would simply be encountering the same issues. No thanks!

The Lobby was clean and clear. You can tell that they sanitized recently. It was open, welcoming and inviting. The front desk receptionist was polite and friendly and you could tell she was smiling even though she had a mask on. Resident attendee was very knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel relaxed and comfortable being here. They took extra precautions to keep us as patients and them as medical professionals safe possible. Miss Brandy the ultrasound technician was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for choosing your profession. Great job team.

Bring a lunch or snack. You are always going to have a long wait here. Second time here and this wait was 3hrs for an ultrasound and consult after. Truly understand that things happen, but when everyone is threading to leave from the long wait times

Had a great experience ... had right carotid artery surgery with no problems they were thorough with their instructions and the PA Mrs. Gail is the bomb.... she took the time when she made her rounds and didn't just pop in and pop out answered all my questions
