My visit was absolutely amazing the concern of the staff was supportive positive and I left feeling invigorated and as if my situation was already fixed if you need to try them, try them you won't be sorry

The worst office ever! The lady at the front with the braids "no name" as she told me. Is so rude and disrespectful. Before I could sign in her approach was off. Never have I ever visited an office with a rude and disrespectful staff that's suppose to be getting patients I'm a friendly manner. I also asked for the office manager in hopes that this would situation would not escalate. However with a rude tone and smirk the young lady with the individual braids states "We don't have an office manager" someone needs to be in place for situations like this! This office is suppose to help the patients and I didn't receive any help at all! I feel sorry for any future patients that might want to go here. Oh and by the way it was others patients outside telling me how rude the front office is to them! GO SOME PLACE ELSE! THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOCATION!!

The facility had a clean atmosphere to it. Staff members were friendly. I was referred there by a friend, who was trying to help me out with looking into getting pain injections. I would not mind getting it done here, if it weren't so expensive. Even it you have the best, darn, medical coverage in the world like I do, certain features and services RMG offers , that your plan doesn't cover, is not worth spending out of pocket on when there are other alternatives out there.

I had my 1st appointment Thursday for a car accident. Im an older woman on crutches, as I hobbled my way in the door nobody spoke. My daughter feeling the negative energy asked the first female at the receptionist desk her name, and was told 'no name'. These young females talked, cussed, ate, laughed and were so unprofessional and rude that I called my attorney and said I was NOT staying here to please assign me to another facility. I work in a customer service environment and we laugh & talk amongst ourselves but when customers come in we stop to greet them and get them settled before resuming personal conversations. I hope to never have to go to this business ever again

Horrible experience, Communication was very poor, Front desk had no knowledge of information that was asked & didn't care to inquire. Therapies is 15min max which is not good for people who have serious injuries.
