Dr. Dharmesh Patel and the entire team at Georgia Family Care are outstanding! Dr. Patel takes the time to truly listen and explain everything clearly. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and caring -- you can tell he genuinely wants the best for his patients. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the office runs smoothly with minimal wait time. My family and I feel well taken care of every time we visit. They have been extremely beneficial in my health journey by providing great care, assistance with any questions as well as getting me in quickly whenever I need. Under their care, I'm down 30 pounds. This was doing everything properly with exercise and a good nutritional plan. They've been very supportive in my journey. I was even able to navigate away from taking additional medications due to weight loss.

Dr. Cierra is such a professional in the medical field. She is very knowledgeable about the body's anatomy and her priority is to instruct patients on gaining and maintaining better health. Each visit with her has been good. She takes time to listen and answer any medical concerns I may have had. Most importantly, she makes sure her patients get a clear understanding of what's required of them until their next follow-up. If anyone needs a caring doctor, then I highly recommend that you call and make an appointment with Dr Cierra today. You won't regret it.

The front desk staff does not know what they are doing. Every time I come for an appointment there's a payment that is due and no transparency that is offered (even with great insurance) I've been going to this facility since I was in grade school (now into adulthood) and it has gotten worse. Now that my nurse practitioner has left (the best NP Edwards) I have no desire to stay. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to be blind sided with bills every visit with no explanations.

So sad to hear of Mrs Cassandra no longer being at the practice anymore. She was a phenomenal doctor. My family has been attending this office for over ten years and once I met her, I truly felt like she cared about the wellbeing of myself and my children. We weren't just a dollar sign.
