Ok so. I read all of the different reviews that people had written. It was not my choice to go to the Lithonia location. I just needed to go there for a stress test. The other locations didn't have an appointment that was soon enough for me. I will tell you that my experience was really good. I felt like the staff was really nice. Also, I tried to pay attention to all of the complaints that other people had. Like the personality of the receptionist. How the doctor treated them. Whether or not they greeted me when I came in the door. Whether or not the glass door for the receptionist was opened or closed. I think something to think about when reading these reviews is to remember that a lot of them took place multiple years ago. And between that period of time and today I feel like different people work there or there have been different guidelines or something put into place. Because it is not a bad place at all. I would easily go back to this office. They treated me really nicely. Also, it might not matter to a lot of people but from what i could gather the staff is made up of African-American women. Including the individuals running the show in upper management. I typically don't mind what race or gender my doctors are. But for some people they like to have health care providers that either look like them or are the same gender as they are. This is because they feel a deeper sense of connection and understanding with their healthcare providers, which can be important when talking about something as intimate as healthcare. Overall great experience. Great group of ladies. Dont allow the reviews from people years ago to paint a picture of subpar treatment.

If I could give it zero I would....to spend 5 hours in this empty office is completely ridiculous. No warning no heads up no nothing.....people have other things going on in life there is no way we have an appointment at 10:30 and we are still here at 3:30.... Do not come here. There are better places.

I've been to the Decatur office & the Lithonia office and they are both subpar. The customer service is better at Chick-fil-A. The front desk staff keeps the partition closed at all times, so you never know if anyone is back there or not. I just signed in, sat down, and was never greeted. None of the "medical assistants" seem to have any professional training; they were in open toe shoes, long fake nails, and regular clothes. They did not get an accurate blood pressure or take a detailed history. The exam rooms look like a storage facility. I type this review as I sit here, after having waited 30 minutes now, trying to decide if I even want to be seen at all. What I am certain of, is that even if I stay for my appointment today, I will absolutely not be back. I don't have the confidence to trust them with a healthy me; I can't fathom relying on them if I were in more dire straights. Update: Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment; did not get called back until 3:55.

I can't speak for the other reviews but my experience was wonderful in the Lithonia office ... the receptionists were all friendly and professional and the NP I saw was knowledgeable and empathetic. Give this practice a try. I'm sure you won't regret it .. 5 stars from me.. kudos

horrible experience. They charged self-pay price without telling us even though they had our insurance and it was the end of the year and we'd met our deductible. They keep telling me to call "billing" to sort it out but "billing" says to call them (the front office). No one can tell me why they charged self-pay when they had our insurance and I cannot for the life of me get anyone to fix it and give us a refund/charge our insurance. Too bad bc the doctors are ok but the place is run horribly. Maybe writing this review will get them to call me back and sort it out but I doubt it. Just don't go here
