Patient
The communication of this office and call center is beneath the levels of registering as a professional office in my opinion. To offer customer service you should completely communicate policy and provide the necessary information to your patients to allow them to understand these policies clearly in advance. If a patient has not been to your office since your office relocated, you should communicate when appointment is made, when patient calls to notify they are at old location and will be late you should notify them of your late arrival policy and that YOU WILL NOT SEE THE PATIENT! Not when the patient arrives do you communicate said information, after patient did communicate in advance...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE CALL CENTER, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! If I could give no stars I would!
