This was the most efficient office we have ever been to. From start to finish, the entire team was remarkable. They were so efficient and kind. No wait in between for anything. Amazing efficiency! The service here was truly exceptional. We really appreciate the doctor and the entire medical and office team. Thank you for such a pleasant and wonderful visit.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I was running behind the morning of my daughter's appointment. I just knew I was going to be told I had to reschedule. Not at all!!! Not only did they still see my daughter when we arrived, but they got us checked in and in the back in a matter of minutes! It was myself, my teenage daughter and my toddler and infant sons. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our entire family. Literally every staff member worked together to ensure that this visit went as awesome as possible. The MA/Techs brought in activities for my toddler to keep him busy, made my daughter feel reassured and comfortable every step of the way, the front office staff was extremely kind and welcoming, even after the toddler took over their office lol and the practitioner thoroughly examined and explained everything I could have possibly thought to inquire about and some. I'm honestly thankful for people like them. They were truly a blessing to this anxious mom and the blueprint of what a visit to the doctor should be.

I took my son here to see Dr. Epstein for an evaluation due to being lightheaded. In general, I felt they did a good job in terms of evualating my son. However, I felt they were very unprofessional. The nurse as well as the doctor kept making insinuations regarding my weight. First, I was not the patient, my son was (who is not overweight). Secondly, I have a PhD and am an educated person. I taught college level Biology and Anatomy to nursing students. I understand the ramifications of being overweight. I have no heart conditions, so I just think that was totally unprofessional and rude.
