This review is not directed toward the receptionists, ECHO staff, or nurses, who were all kind and professionals since our first visit. It is specifically about the exercise resistance test specialist. If you are having a difficult day or don't connect with certain patients, it should not affect the quality of care provided. Unfortunately, the way my mother was treated was unacceptable. The specialist was unnecessarily rough, from wiping her skin harshly with alcohol to forcefully yanking off the adhesive stickers despite being told in advance that my mother has an allergy to them. This left visible skin damage, which can be seen in the photos. As paying patients, we expect at the very least a basic level of care and compassion. It is disappointing that one individual's unprofessional behavior left such a negative impression on an otherwise good and very professional team. Patients already dealing with health issues should not have to endure additional discomfort due to a lack of consideration.

Very clean office. Staff is very helpful and personable. Dr. Chandra listens to you and answers questions. Very gentle.

Excellent support from Dr. Torres for all my concerns. And the staff deserves a five star rating too!

No clue how this place is rated so highly-- Go ahead and test this out before you even go to see for yourself. give them a call, but don't press 1 for the front desk. Press 2 (iirc) to speak with a nurse/medication issues and see if anyone picks up. Now imagine having an allergic reaction to one of your prescriptions, you leave a message, and no one calls you back? Following day you call the front office and they say no one really picks up from that line; front office team is pretty great and passes on your message...however, come to find out it could take multiple days for a return call from one of the nurses still if you're unlucky. Thankfully I was able to be seen by another doctor and prescribed different medication before I even received a call back from the nurse about another medication. This alone should worry you if you have to take some serious medication. I also do not recommend David Song if you have any questions or first time experiencing any type of issues; maybe mine were just not life threatening and was just an annoyance, but he's super quick to go over your chart, ask a couple of questions, state what pills and next steps you're going to do and head right on to the next person in less than 2 minutes. Don't expect any type of Q&A for you; maybe it was just a real busy day/off day. If you don't want to question anything and just be told what to do with minimum instructions and info as possible, then he's perfect. Feel free to roll your dice here, but I'd recommend taking your money and health elsewhere to a team who shows more care for their patients health instead of their wallets.

Really bad attitude receptionist. We checked in online and at the desk and followed up twice. The receptionist forgot to check in. We asked for the 3rd time. She was so rude and not even apologize for wasting 45 minutes waiting.
