My mother is in Wellstar - Dr. Williams and Patricia Reese signs off - that they spoke with my mother and her family concerning her medical issues and treatment. NEITHER of them have spoken with or reached out to our family concerning any thing. A lot of liability there to make such a statement. ***update... this has happened now on a couple of visits... still no actual word from this Dr. despite her comments that they have spoken to family. ***update MORE LIES. We spent 30 minutes face to face with the patient and family, and more than 50% of the time spent was counseling patient and family about diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options. My husband had an appointment with this man- to see about the issues with the veins in his legs. He came in, looked at computer screen, recorded himself talking and then left. The appointment was a waste of time! He did nothing I mean absolutely nothing for my husband. He basically just scheduled an appointment for him just so he could bill his insurance because he did not even bother to ask him one single question while there.
