I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Siegel and nurse Jane. From the moment I arrived, Jane made me feel welcome and truly listened to. She was transparent, informative, and took the time to educate me, which immediately put me at ease and made me feel like my concerns really mattered.
At 42 years old, dealing with chest pain made me extremely nervous. Dr. Siegel was incredibly reassuring and kind. She explained exactly what was going on, what the issue was, and how we could correct it. Her calm demeanor, clarity, and thorough explanations helped ease my anxiety, and I felt confident I was in great hands.
Both Dr. Siegel and nurse Jane were pleasant, professional, and genuinely caring. I left the office feeling relieved, informed, and extremely grateful for the level of care I received.

I recently had surgery with Kaiser, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was thanks to Zak and Dr. Siegel. From start to finish, they made me feel like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care reassured me that I was in the best hands.
Zak went above and beyond as my nurse. Zak truly understood my pain and made me feel comfortable, even finding ways to make me laugh during a difficult time. The follow-up call was exceptional--Zak quickly provided all the information I needed and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. This level of compassion and efficiency deserves recognition, and I strongly believe Zak should be considered for a raise.
Dr. Siegel was equally outstanding. Their professionalism and ability to explain my condition and next steps clearly gave me confidence in a process I had never experienced before. Dr. Siegel took the time to review everything thoroughly and ensure I understood what to expect, which made me feel safe and cared for.
Even when I missed a previous appointment due to being five minutes late after a car accident, they apologized and reassured me that they would take care of me. That level of empathy is rare and deeply appreciated.
This experience truly showed me why I should renew my coverage with Kaiser. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking care--they are compassionate, knowledgeable, and committed to their patients' well-being.

I recently had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Yubo Li, DO at Kaiser Permanente TownPark Internal Medicine, and let me just say, she is absolutely wonderful. From the moment she walked into the room, Dr. Li made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. She is kind, compassionate, friendly, and very attentive, taking her time to understand my concerns and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It's not every day you meet a doctor who makes you feel like more than just a patient, but Dr. Li truly goes above and beyond.
The facility itself was very clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which only added to the positive experience. And I cannot say enough about the TownPark Internal Medicine staff, every single person I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they treated me with so much respect and kindness.
So here's a big shout-out to Dr. Li and the whole TownPark Internal Medicine team at Kaiser Permanente, y'all are doing amazing work and it shows. I left my appointment feeling cared for and confident in my health, and that means the world.

We have been with Dr. Gavini and Wendy's office at Kaiser Town Center and we are continually impressed with the caliber of care provided. She is an exceptional doctor and a true asset to the Kaiser Permanente team.
Dr. Gavini is profoundly caring and sets a high standard for patient interaction. She has a gentle and patient approach with our child, always taking the time to listen actively to our concerns. She is remarkably detailed, ensuring we understand complex topics like growth milestones and immunization plans thoroughly, leaving no room for questions.
Her medical expertise is incredibly insightful. Dr. Gavini doesn't just address immediate issues; she provides a comprehensive, big-picture perspective on our child's health and development. When we faced a challenging diagnosis, her clarity and depth of knowledge made us feel confident and reassured in the steps we needed to take.
Furthermore, she is highly resourceful and helpful. She goes above and beyond, providing valuable external reading materials and quickly coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary. This is my first time at Kaiser as an adult and I wish I could change back to Wellstar immediately. Once able to with my job, I'm leaving Kaiser.
I had two appointments today and it seems like everyone in the building is just rushing you the second you get in the building even when showing up early. I understand being understaffed/having a lot of patients, but i rather deal with my symptoms than have to go to Kaiser again. There's no point if they barely listen to your concerns. I had an OB appointment where it overall went well. However, she was still rushing throughout the whole appointment. During it, she asked if I wanted a flu shot, I said yes, then it was never administered to me due to moving too fast -- she forgot. This is my first time here so I didn't know if someone else was going to do it or if I had to go somewhere else in the building.
In my second appointment I had some concerns. I was there for a physical with some questions about my health. Dr. Khan was only genuinely concerned at first -- after that, it seemed the more I talked, the less she was listening. I could visibly tell she was getting annoyed with my questions (I had only 3). This appointment was not even 20 minutes so it wasn't like I was just running my mouth. Mind you, she didn't even do the physical part of the appointment after talking and just threw out stuff to try that I expressed I had already tried.
While I was getting my prescription, I didn't catch her name, but the lady checking me out was laughing after I stated which medication I was picking up. Im not sure what was going on today, but I've never been met with so many disappointing encounters.
If I could switch healthcare providers back to Wellstar, I would've done so the second I made it back to my car.
