NSC Cardiology - Dr. Narendra Singh

Dr Singh has been my cardiologist for a few years now. I honestly would go no where else! All staff take time to answer questions, and explain everything. They never seem rushed to get to the next appointment. I feel truly cared for here. They take time with their patients. They immediately put this "worry wart" at ease. ALL staff are courteous, polite. and very compassionate. Dr. Singh also has a wealth of information on the website that I refer to often for knowledge about food and the heart, exercise, supplements, and many other subjects in understanding and caring for my heart. See you at my next appt!

No one answers the phone or is in the office to greet you or help with new patient forms to get you checked in. I had an appointment and left due to lack of customer service and acknowledgement. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Go somewhere else. I've literally been waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes and no one has come to the front desk. I've yelled to get people's attention from behind the counter and no one responds. I drove all the way from downtown Atlanta for this appointment and took time off of work to come here. Completely unacceptable.

first doctor Singh has been very good but his office staff not so much they can't give you a receipt for what they are charging you for when you pay at the office just receipt for type of payment you have to wait for 3rd party off site billing to send a paid in full receipt and I think you should get that when payment is made

Lots of surprise charges and lack of information about what you may pay for a service. I wore a heart monitor for a week and have NEVER had to pay much for it with insurance, and my current insurance is fantastic, and I received a bill for $600. The heart monitor company said the balance is correct. If this practice had told me that I may be responsible for this extremely high bill for a HEART MONITOR, I would've gone elsewhere. They also booked me for an echo and didn't let me know until last minute that it would be almost $200, so I had to cancel. They don't take insurance for virtual visits ??? and said I'd have to pay $75 for it. Very shady! The only plus was the NP, she was great. If you can go elsewhere, go!

I wanted to share my experiences at Dr Singh's office. I've had a calcium score for about 6 years or so. Generally fit and healthy though under the regular care of my primary physician, was not as regular with Dr Singh as prescribed. Returned to his office with my LDL requiring better control. Repatha was prescribed. Insurance pushed back. Before I could intervene Dr Singh's staff had already filed the appeal SUCCESFULLY. Further testing was done to measure my heart health. Including screening for blocked arteries. Dr Singh couldn't be conclusive so I was sent to an interventionist. 80% blockage in the lower arterial descending artery, widow maker. I'm 60. This doctors persistence saved my life. I have to say too, his office is most efficient. You're in, seen and always efficient with your time. Dr Singh and Staff are always professional, THE BEST. Don't take a risk with your life folks. THANK YOU DR. and ENTIRE STAFF
