I just had my Echo (09/06/2024 3:15pm) done by Katie Wilson. She was amazing! You can tell that she loves what she does. She is so passionate about her work. She made time to make sure she had perfect pictures of my old ticker. She had a student with her, I hope that student picks up every nugget that Katie has to offer.
Had my follow up today. The team performed flawlessly in caring for me. I commend all from the receptionist, PAs and medical staff. Well trained, compassionate and caring. Thank you Emory Cardiovascular Unit at John Creek Hospital for a great Job!
Our doctor (Veneziano) was rude and completely unhelpful even though it was clear that my husband was in discomfort. He never even asked my husband what his symptoms were! Just told us to come back on Monday for more tests. Refused to offer anything to help with the pain. Then they refused to schedule the tests before or after work or during a lunch hour. The staff was not helpful. They were cold and abrupt and made us feel as though it was a hassle for us to be there. Appalling treatment if a man in distress. We finally ended up just going to the Emory Johns Creek Emergency Room, because this doctors office quite literally does not care about patients in their office. Find a different cardiologist office, my friends!
Dr Beach is my cardiologist at this practice. IMO he is THE BEST! He is thorough and caring. His team is wonderful too.
I feel that Dr Veneziano is over extended/scheduled with patients. This is not fair to him nor his patients.
