I had went to my doctors appointment and was denied care due to a balance left of $325.00. I have underlying conditions were I need care and prescriptions. The bill was $725.00. Due to an older system they had; i did not receive my invoice until a week before doctors appointment. At the time of receiving the invoice i was out on disability and still is so I wasn't receiving much income, but I made sure every appointment I paid on my bill. The same week I received the invoice in email I paid $400 to get the bill lower. The following week I had went to my doctor appointment and the front desk ask me to pay Money on my bill. I told them that I made a payment last week of $400 and did not have no more money as of that day to pay more due to being on disability. The bill was never in collections because I was paying on bill every appointment. The front office called me to the back and took me to the billing office and told me if I can't pay more money I could not receive care per doctor orders. I was shocked and disappointed. I never received this type of treatment from any physician i ever had in life. Now, I can not receive my prescriptions or care that can keep me alive and well. I'm not into leaving bad reviews, but this situation made me speak up because as long as a patient is trying to paying bill by good will he or she should not be denied care. Now, collections and no will of paying I can see that. I do not wish this on anyone.

Dr Andrews I've seen maybe twice in over going to her for 5 years. Her assistant doctors have been great. Her office staff really needs to be changed up. They're rude, think they know you more than you know you, called up there many times to find out about a medicine that was supposed to have been called in for me and never got results. Last time I called I was put on hold over 20 minutes finally just hung up. I'm searching for a new doctor now.

Dr. Andrews is the best doctor I've ever visited hands down!!! She takes her time and is very patient with you. She is genuine, patient, and down to earth, she also listens to every concern you have. I'm use to going to doctors who rush and talk over me, but she explains everything in great detail. I will never go to anyone else besides her!!!

Dr. Andrews is a fine physician. The staff is deficient. Will not answer phone, no VM, no email, dinky patient portal. Must stop by to make appt. Must pay copay when signing in then wait for hours. I have walked out and just left the $20. Often send the wrong Rx to the wrong pharmacy. They wait months to file ins then gross-up the charges for services never provided. If you complain, they send a letter firing you as a patient.

Disappointing experience, rude and unprofessional front desk staff. The office showed zero urgency or concern for a patient who discovered a lump in her breast. I received no follow-up calls, no next steps communication. When I called to get an update after 1 week, the receptionist was rude and stated 'I don't know anything about this and would need to call me back'. She said hold on, but just hung up on me. I called back but got another unhelpful person, who left me on hold for several minutes, I hung up. I have cancelled all future appointments for me and my family, we will not return. This office shows little regard for the health of its patients.
