I had a nurse tell me (a heart patient w/mechanical heart valve) I don't need a renewal prescription for blood thinners (which I'm on for life). The other nurse and I sorted it out but it was a little frightening the lack of knowledge there. Their system did get me in and out pretty quickly. I'll give them that. When I talked about my health requirements they looked at me like an alien. It's just basic heart stuff...at a place called Cardiovascular group.

I LOVE my Dr. She looks like me and that gives me comfort & makes me feel like I'm being seen and taken seriously. The staff is friendly & you're always kept informed and included in your care. 10 outta 10 recommend!!

Had an appointment called to make sure I had the correct location and direction I ended up at the wrong location at 340 by the time I found out I was at the wrong location with the directions given to me I went to correct location got there and they said I would have to reschedule I explained the situation as I also had to drive over an hour away no compassion was given at all was told I would have to wait until august was the soonest as they had

The nurses were patient and gentle, and the support staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.

I just have to give a Big Gold Star to the ladies that work the front check in and the check out. They handle their patients with the upmost respect. Dr V and Jules are awesome!!! So blessed my doctor referred them.
