Dr. Eaddy and his team is phenomenal. They listen intently with empathy and concern. They make you apart of your treatment instead of talking at you and forcing treatment against your will or against what you're actually experiencing. You literally walk out feeling hopeful and heard for a chance. Overall wonderful experience all around, they listened with empathy and concern, they didn't talk over you, or make you feel dismissed nor make you feel like a burden. They educated and made you feel apart of the experience and treatment plan. They didn't force things on you against your will. They listened to your concerns and worked to come up with a treatment that works for you and the condition they're treating. Just phenomenal experience!

L Dr. Charles Eaddy is not a good fit for me as a primary care provider. He was extremely dry and impersonal, rarely asked follow-up questions, and showed little interest in what I was describing. I completely shut down and stopped sharing other symptoms because I didn't feel heard or cared for. The front staff and nurse were very nice, but the doctor's bedside manner was disappointing. If you want a doctor who just prescribes medications, he might suit you. But if you're looking for someone who listens, interacts, and helps you feel comfortable, look elsewhere. The visit was uncomfortable, unproductive, and ultimately a waste of time and money.

Great experience with Debbie, the NP & medical assistants! Very poor experience with the new doctor assigned to me on 8-25-25. I could not refer this doctor to anyone due to the lack of compassionate, poor bedside manners, & poor communication skills experienced during my visit. I will not be seeing this doctor again. Therefore, I'm leaving a 2 star ; one for the NP & the other for the MA that did great!

Doctor Zafar and his nurses are professional and friendly, Doctor Zafar is always listening to me about my questions and answers all my concerns. I am very happy to have him as my doctor. He deserves more than 5

Cancelled my appointment and tried to say I'm a new patient cause I've never been to that location even though I've been to other locations in the area multiple times. Apparently since I'm a "new patient" they don't have availability but if I was an "existing" it wouldn't have been an issue. I'd didn't realize that being a new or existing patient changes the number of hours in the day. Absolutely ridiculous. Will avoid giving any wellstar location my business ever again.
