We came to see Dr. Tepper for my mom. He listened to us, and he had looked over her chart prior to coming in. He went over the plan but after we had left, he had a nurse call me back. Dr. Tepper had went back over her chart and a found a problem in her lab work that we needed to see her primary Dr for. I greatly appreciated him being thorough.
Very dismissal for my story that he ask me to tell on how I was lead to seeing him everytime he ask me a question and I'm giving him a answer he cuts me off as if I'm rambling he was not concern at all just like he said he knew nothing of me til hr walked through the door very unprofessional definitely lack customer, patient hospitality service the office staff was amazing people............. People get mad when you use the race card but it's fact that it's alot people don't like someone because of color backgrounds religion etc and it's not going anywhere and I feel like he is one of them he did not care if I live or die is how I feel after leaving his office definitely waste of my time
