Great experience. PA- D'Neka Colzie-Bridges treated me more like a concerned family member and provided me much needed advice. Her bedside manner is warm and reassuring, making even the most anxious patients feel at ease. She's the whole package - expertise, empathy, and a wonderful attitude.

This office is the worst. The billing office sends you crazy bills and when you confront them they call you liars and call the police. I would never ever recommend anyone to this practice. They just want your money and you get no results

Moving here from Charlotte, I was worried about finding a new Physician. Dr. Akintobi is extremely thorough and his understanding is top tier... He treats his patients very kind and respectful... The young lady in Billing, Kelley was very informative and helpful with great customer service. She was able to answer any additional questions I had.

Dr. Akintobi is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares for his patients, ensuring all concerns are addressed with clear explanations. The front office staff was helpful and welcoming, making the check-in smooth. Kelleigh in the billing office was especially informative and provided great customer service, making the process easy to understand. Highly recommend!

I really don't want to leave one star because they don't deserve a star at all. This practice is by far THE WORST PRACTICE I've seen in my life! They are so unprofessional, so unorganized, they don't treat their patients as if they actually care about their well-being, and operate by emotions and not professional business standards. My mother came there requesting medication for her hands that hurt constantly, did they give her anything for it? No, but another doctor did that was not referred by them. She had a swollen foot and hand. They ordered a test to look at her swollen foot and said they found nothing. However, when I took her to a specialist, they said that she had some vascular problems, That was serious. When I asked them to release medical records, they failed to do so after several attempts by myself and the other practice. When I went there, they said they had 50 medical record requests and that they haven't gotten to it. Mind you I have been waiting for OVER FIVE WEEKS for mine, sending 50 records would take max two days to send but for this lady she didn't get to any of them after five weeks! It's been a week after I asked in person and she still hasn't sent it! I asked them to email me a completed form and they kept on requesting me to come in and pick it up when there are scanners and printers in their office where they can easily do so but want me to come in because they are too lazy to do a 2 minute job but expect me to fight through traffic for an hour to go there in person to pick it up! When dealing with you if they don't like you for any ridiculous reason at all, they won't pick up the phone, they'll just let it go to voicemail. If you have any good sense, do not go there. Find another doctors office because you will be so frustrated from dealing with the ratchet that goes on in that office that you will be forced to leave immediately and most likely they will not be sending your medical records to the new doctor.
