Dr. Royston is excellent in every regard. I was so lucky to act on a referral to his practice as my primary care physician. The experience with him and his assistant is not rushed and he takes time to get to know you, ask questions and truly cares about your health, well-being and experience. He is funny and both him and his assistant truly go above and beyond.
Dr. Royston has been my primary physician for many years. I have always found him to very thorough and caring about his patiences. He is unique to have his own private practice and not part of a large corporation medical organization. When I was not feeling well recently, Dr. Royston identified an issue with my heart and got me an appointment with a heart specialist that same day. His quick diagnosis and action may have saved my life as I had 90% blockage in two major arteries. Highly recommend!!
Dr Royston is a very good doctor that really cares for his patients. My husband who passed away 2years ago this month. Doc has called me and my son so many times just to make sure we are okay. He took care of him, me and my son and was always willing to see us when we needed him with or without an appointment. I thank him for taking care of my family
Dr Royston is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was caring, helpful, and has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever met. And I have been to so many doctors throughout my life, I've lost count. This is now my home doctor's office for life.
I have seen more than a few comments by disgruntled patients who experienced long wait. True, waiting time can be long sometimes, but that's because Dr. Royston is VERY thorough. When I stopped by at his office without any prior appointment, he even took some time to consult with me during lunch break. Also noteworthy is the fact that, when you call, you can get to speak to a human being first, not a machine, quite a rarity nowadays. How many doctor's offices do that? During 2018 - 2019, I did not have an insurance plan accepted by his office, but continued to pay out of my own pocket to see Dr. Royston because he knows my health issues inside out and therefore I did not want to change my primary care physician. I give him and his staff unqualified recommendation and five stars. I would give them more stars if I could.
