I had my first appointment and never saw the doctor. My appointment was at 2. At almost 3, after hearing me say I had been there for almost an hour, another patient went to the window and asked if they were running behind. The receptionist let her know that Dr Verma had been called away and would possibly be gone for another few hours. At no point did the receptionist feel it necessary to let any of us know that he would be gone for a little while. They continued to check people in. I'm sure Dr. Verma is wonderful. Wish I had the opportunity to know that for sure. Better communication is absolutely needed.
