Staff was hands down the best I have ever seen in a hospital setting! They were all so kind and very knowledgeable. Hospital is easy to find. It's an absolutely massive hospital so figuring out where you needed to go took some time, fortunately where we were was right by the front entrance so it wasn't very hard to find. They do require you to take a picture for your visitor pass so be prepared for that. Hopefully I never have to come back here again but would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a good hospital! Impressive job the staff does here!

I cannot praise the SICU staff enough for the amazing care they gave my husband! Dr. Kapolka was absolutely outstanding. She took her time to explain everything in detail and absolutely had my husband's best interest at heart. Nurse Sabrina was a delight and so kind. Nurse Sara was a God send and our 'angel' while there. Her bedside manner is simply unmatched. NP Rob was also delightful and just fun to be around! Speech therapist Alexa was also an angel, she is the sweetest and does an amazing job! OT Sarah Kate was encouraging and informative and so helpful. We also had a male PT and I cannot remember his name but he was awesome. Nurse Kylie was a pleasure. Ms. April at the office in the waiting room was so sweet and honestly cares about everyone. The front desk staff where you check in were very kind and always pleasant. Although the circumstances for meeting them were not by choice, they did everything in their power to ensure quality care for my husband and for that I am forever grateful. Simply the best! THANK YOU ALL!!!

My husband received excellent care at Hamilton Medical Center. I am very impressed with the ER staff and doctors, nursing staff on 3rd floor, technicians, lab technicians, housekeeping, nutrition services and dialysis staff The attendings and residents were fabulous. This was our first time at the hospital and we definitely choose this hospital in the future. Everyone had such a caring attitude and treated you like a friend.

I had to visit the Hamilton medical ER department on Sunday. It was a minor accident so I didn't have much done but the nurse and the doctor came in immediately to see me and got some test ordered and did some IV medicines and was starting to get a test run on me very quickly. I appreciated their good care they gave and very great bedside manners. They sent me home with very detailed paperwork and made sure I got back to our car safely . All in all, it was a very good experience from a great caring Medical team!! Thank you!!
