NSC Cardiology - Dr. Narendra Singh

NSC has been taking care of my heart health for more than 10 years now. They have a thoughtful and caring staff who go above and beyond to support and advocate on your behalf. Tina has been outstanding working with my new insurance company to be certain they had everything they needed in order to fully understand my previous condition and approved my healthcare needs. Thank you all for your knowledge and care for me and our extended family members that also use the NSC practice in Cumming, GA and John's Creek.

I am very pleased with this practice but especially at the John's Creek location. Dr. Singh never seems rushed when I meet with him and gives me time to ask questions and he always seems very concerned about my general health as well as my cardiac issues. I wish my PCP took as much time with me as Dr. Singh. I had to have a nuclear stress test and the young woman who administered the medication to produce stress (I can't do the Treadmill) kept me distracted so that it wasn't as bad as I had experienced in the past. I feel very grateful to have this group on my medical team.

Dr. Singh is a good doctor, but the support staff is not good. It has been four weeks since my visit when medication was prescribed that requires a prior authorization. The paperwork that was sent in was missing information that the insurance requires. I cannot get anyone to speak to about this and no one returns your call when messages are left. This for me is very unacceptable especially since they started me on a sample pack of the medication that I am now unsure if I should continue taking. I have never been to any doctor where such lack of concern was shown to me by the support staff.

Dr. Singh was very supportive, explaining the results with visual pictures and answering all questions that gave me a ton of confidence on how to take care of my health. His team was very prompt during the check-in process and as well the check out process. I like their portal access that is up to date appointments, results and information.

My husband and I have been patients with Dr. Singh for 8 years and he has always been through with his assessments, follow through, medical diagnosis and referrals as needed. Staff is very friendly and well educated with the office/medical procedures.
