Dr. Micky Mishra, MD

I am always so pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Mishra. She takes a personal interest in her patients and provides thorough care, including a strong emphasis on prevention of issues. Her pleasant, positive attitude makes every visit a great experience!

A very long story. In short, I am fairly young and healthy, but had been meaning to see a cardiologist for some time due to family history and some subtle symptoms. I was very lucky to find Dr. Mishra - N. Atlanta Cardiology got me in literally the day after I called. Dr. Mishra was very knowledgeable and proactive, got me scanned right away, and then got me in aggressively for an exploratory heart catheterization. They found that my "widowmaker" was almost completely blocked - I was days or weeks away from a major, and probably fatal heart attack. Note that just a few years ago I got the all clear from another cardiologist. She is so thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I have my mother and wife both under her care now. I am 54 and have two small children. She saved my life, and I could not be more grateful. I am sure that I am not the only one. She is a true treasure to the medical profession, and I trust her implicitly with my life.

I'd advise you not to ever miss your appointment because they charge you $200 even if you have Medicaid. Which is something I've never heard in my Life, that fee is ridiculous and they should be reported for that ,because if you're coming to see them in your own Medicaid, How do they expect you to pay $200 for a missed appointment, do any other doctors appointments is either $50 or $25 for late fee or No show. $200 with this Cardiologist is a scam and should be investigated. Because there is no way they should be charging people $200 for missed appointments. And then say he's going to collections if you don't pay. So I advise you not to miss your appointment when you go here. I got a cardiologist. I've been seen for two years and he has never charge me this fee. The service is awesome. Don't get me wrong but a late fee of $200 or missed appointment is crazy.

Dr. Mishra is an excellent doctor. She has been my cardiologist for five years. She listens, explains, and shares her concerns and recommendations for treatment of my heart health issues in an easy to understand and in a concise manner. Staff is top notch. New offices are nice, and parking is great - easy access to her building and plenty of spaces! Rita B
