My issue is not with the doctor so much as it is with their so called staff. I went there because I was approved to see him for routine ekg, stress test and cardiac workup. My visit was completely covered by my VA health benefits. I continually get bills for this visit showing they billed someone I don't even know. After countless phone calls to their billing dept I am still getting bills for co-pays which has now doubled and in one statement they threaten collections. This has gone on for over a year. In one conversation they stated that yhis was paid in full and that was 8 months ago.

went to the ER last night and got referred to this office by the staff to call in the morning because of shortness of breath and an abnormal ecg for someone my age. Called 4 times during office hours and no one picked up. Just went to voicemail. I had to call another cardiologist to see me quicker.

Staff were unprofessional but were still very helpful. I'm self-pay and they helped a lot in handling the billing. The doctor did everything correctly, and wait times were not bad at all. If you want a doctor that does what you pay him to do, he does that. But he doesn't sugar-coat, I can't name anything I disliked about the doctor and nurses.

Do not use this doctor. Extremely unprofessional and office staff completely unorganized. They billed me incorrectly and after I emailed them repeatedly to get it corrected they never responded. A year later it was sent to collections without a word from the office. Never been to a worse doctor.

I can't speak very much to Dr. Reddy himself since I only spent a total of 10 minutes with him over two visits that totaled 6-7 hours. I was disappointed that during the Covid crisis the waiting room was completely full. There was no chance of social distancing and they had staff members not wearing protective masks. I also thought the office was dirty, one of the rooms I went into for scans had storage boxes piled up and trash all over the room. It did not feel like I clean, medical environment. I have switched doctors mostly because their office was very unprofessional.
