At first, I was nervous because of the reviews but this place was SO NICE and amazing from entry to exit! Was very happy with the customer service and everyone was polite. Great place!

I write this review heart broken after a horrible interaction with Dr T. David Gbadebo. My father is a dialysis patient and showing early symptoms of dementia. He also barely speaks english. He was admitted to Piedmont Rockdale for High Blood Pressure and Dr T. David Gbadebo refused to discuss option to my father directly and told me (his son) to do it. When I asked to get a video interpretation system for him (which was pushed hard by the Hospital Case Managers), he refused to find one and wanted to use a phone interpretation system (we were informed for father's case not to use that system by the case managers). He refused to get the system after I asked three times, and then left the hospital saying we denied to use HIS system when I kindly asked him to use what the case managers told us he SHOULD use. It breaks my heart how horrible he treated my dad and his blood pressure went from 140 to 180 due to his aggression to my father.

East Atlanta Cardiology is one of most unprofessional places that I have experienced. I wish I had read these reviews before going there so I would not have wasted my money. The customer service is awful and Dr David Gbadebo bedside manner and professionalism is absolutely discussing. The man told the nurse to put a heart monitor on me and left the room. The next time I saw him was the next week because the palpitation was getting worse. He told me he was going to put a monitor on me. I told him you already have a monitor on me from when I meet with you on last week. First impressions are lasting impressions. I should have left the office when I got there 20 min. early like they ask me to, and no one was there. When they did let me in the receptionist still had not arrived. I could draft a two-page review on this office and Dr. David Gbadebo, but I will not waste my time. My advice to you is, if your PCP sends you here, ask for another referral or just until one become available, if possible. Having heart problems is profoundly serious and this doctor is a joke.

Dr. Gbadebo is so nice, but getting refills on prescriptions or messages answered is almost impossible. I have to call repeatedly to get any answers or assistance from the office. It is very disturbing when patients are supposed to be able to count on them for care. This is a cardiologist not a cosmetologist, a week makes a huge difference.

My Mom is visiting from St. Louis and was referred here from Piedmont Rockdale Hospital ER, and I must say that the staff has been absolutely great, helpful, and very welcoming to my Mom. NP Michelle Hossack was very detailed in explaining things to my Mom so she can understand what's happening and what SHE NEEDS TO DO BACK HOME IN THE LOUIS! Thank you Kahiah and Montana for your help as well and for being so nice to us and answering any questions we may have had. Your smiles speaks for itself. Continue to be awesome and Merry Christmas!
