Dr. Linton earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla. She earned her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta where she graduated cum laude and a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. She then completed her residency in internal medicine at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, N.C., and a cardiology fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Linton is also board-certified in general cardiology, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine.
