I am so so thankful for everyone that works here. I had to come here nearly every week for about 6 months for testing and as a newly 18 year old, it was quite nerve wracking. I haven't had a single bad experience with any of them and i've been here for a little less than a year now. They treat you with respect and truly listen to your concerns while also making you feel comfortable. I especially remember the nurses being very kind when I was nervous and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. At their testing facility, I had a stress test done and the woman was incredibly thorough and kind. She even gave me crackers afterward. I also had a tilt table test done and my doctor said that he would be there. He got held up with work, yet came in holding his mask to his face to make sure I knew he made it and was there- so kind. I truly appreciate how they listened to me and took my concerns seriously. Not only that, but they did it with such care and encouragement. Even the receptionists are diligent. When I called, I thought I was going to have a hard time getting the message to who I needed and getting what I needed, but they were very swift and helpful.

This practice was to me as a light in the dark. I have PAH and it is very difficult to locate a doctor that knows how to care for my needs. Thank you Dr Champion and staff for the wonderful care I receive. Without you I doubt I would be alive. I travel to Columbus GA to get this wonderful care. Was sent to UAB first and after 8 months of doing nothing(but put me in kidney failure) I was blessed to find this caring group of medical professionals. Thank you

The environment is amazing! I was there with a family member and we had Nurse Miya and she was the sweetest ever ! Very well mannered, well structured, & she broke everything down to us ! Southeastern cardiology has nothing but warm and welcoming employees and a fantastic ENVIRONMENT! Nurse Miya was the absolute BEST! 10/10

I brought my paperwork to the office on Thursday and was told I would receive a call to schedule an appointment for the following week. They never called me back. I even explained that the situation was urgent, and still received no follow-up or communication. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Over the years I have always considered Southeastern to be 5 star rated. Now I will rate them 3 star after going to hospital and being released without a follow up date and time, being told they will call me with an appointment time. After a week of no call, I called the office to ask about an appointment and was told: don't call us, we'll call you. After another week I called back anyway, and eventually reached Courtney, who was very kind and concerned, and asked if I would like to come in immediately and she would removed my bandages and address my concern about an irregular heartbeat. Thank God for Courtney. Dr Lopez is also a great asset to the practice.
