Dr. Henry Ngo, MD

Being new to Columbus, GA we were referred to Dr. Ngo from another doctor who could not get mom in for an appointment. Dr. Ngo was very professional, his bedside manner was awesome, he was very through and even recommended us to a seemingly good primary care doctor and cardiologist/wife/husband team which we are grateful for. Dr. Ngo's staff was also kind, professional & extremely helpful. If we could give 10 stars we would. Thank you Dr. Ngo for being there when mom really needed a doctor.

If I could rate this group a negative I would. My husband was in the hospital last week when his defibrillator shocked him. We waited all day for the doctor to be released. Finally, we were told that doctor refused to see him because we hadn't been in the office in a year. This was not true. The next week my father in law was in the ER for the third time that week for elevated glucose levels due to brain cancer treatments. My mother in law requested that she speak directly to the doctor and he be admitted because she was so concerned for his health. She received a message this time saying they would not treat him because he hadn't been in the office in two years. Not only had he been in the office just a few days earlier but the doctor had treated him in the hospital just six weeks earlier. Clearly, they are not in touch with their own patients now do they care about them. We will be reporting them to the medical board.

Dr Ngo is skilled at determining the proper diagnosis. He keeps up with medications that have been prescribed by several doctors so I don't have to worry about them not working together. He noticed a particularly small discrepancy in a blood test that had not been noticed by anyone else and had it thoroughly reviewed to make sure that it wasn't cancer related. Terrific care!

All Doctors at Columbus Clinic are hard to see. You stay on phone 20 minutes or longer and then get told we will call you back. They will stop seeing you if you don't agree with medicines or miss one appt. I saw a Dr that.left after seeing me 3 times.Then they assigned me to Whittaker who act the time did not have a license to practice. Now Dr No..whom I heard has inclination to say you have a disease with no testing. I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE..TREATED LIKE I WAS NOTHING AT ALL.

He is the best physician and beyond professional when you share your concerns. He listens and gives direct consults for the benefit of your health. I truly adore him and thank him for accommodating my health needs!
