Dr. David B. Delurgio, MD

As a pacemaker recipient, I want to find an Electrophysiologist due to I was new to Georgia. Someone recommended Dr. Delurgio, and I've been with him for two pacemaker battery replacements and never had any issues. He is an excellent doctors in his field.

His service is top notch. He tries to see everyone that needs to be seen even if he has to stay extra hours. I am very thankful and appreciative of his willingness to come to Columbus so I don't have to drive to Atlanta. I would wait 3hours for him. Sometimes emergencies happen and are beyond any one's control. He is very thorough and will answer any question and will go in to detail about the procedure.

My Dad is 80 years old. The first office visit we waited 3 hours. We were scheduled for a procedure at St Francis Cath Lab and the paperwork from his office said to be here at 5:30 am. (My mom had to wake up at 4:30am) to get him here on time. If this review would let me I would post picture of 5:30am paperwork. The hospital put him in a room and said he wasn't scheduled until 12 pm. It is sad the treatment our Senior citizens get with health care. St Francis has no explanation except someone at Dr's office made a mistake. We now are in room waiting and waiting because we are at the mercy of this hospital.

I saw Dr. Delurgio for the first time today. His staff was very kind. He really listens to your concerns an takes time to explain things to you.

He is a great Doctor!!
