My Mother goes here and has MANY heath conditions. The wait is absolutely TERRIBLE! They do not call you and discuss results of anything you just hear you're good to go or what's wrong at your next appt. The doctor will call you asking if you had this or that done your last visit. Aren't YOU the doctor and shouldn't you know from your parents charts what was or wasn't done. They don't send your prescriptions to the pharmacy as needed. The hassle to get them to is absolutely ridiculous especially when it's needed routine medicine to help someone breathe. They do not see you in person ever. It's over a monitor. Joke. Absolute joke

I do NOT recommend this office in Columbus or Opelika! I actually have been going both offices for a number of years!!!! I would have given ZERO stars if it was an option. I was in the office in Opelika over 2 weeks ago. All of my prescriptions were supposed to be e-filed to pharmacy. One of them was not. I called last week and asked for it. They sent the wrong information to pharmacy. I called yesterday and repeated my information. They called in another prescription. AGAIN, it was incorrect. I was on hold with Opelika office today for over 35 minutes. Hung up on the call. Called Columbus office. Placed on hold again. This time after 20 minutes I hung up again. Sent a message to my primary care physician. I have asked that they manage my diabetes. They agreed. I will not go back to Dr Baliga's office.

They never answer and if they do they always place you on hold. Many front office staff are rude. They only push weight loss and don't help with thyroid problems. I stopped coming after my 2nd visit.

Terrible. Just Terrible. This place never sees you at your appointment time. It's always an hour or longer wait past your scheduled time. I've waited 2 1/2 hours past my scheduled time before and now it's an hour past my appointment and still have not been seen.
