Long wait for a midafternoon appointment, but I understand Dr Evans needed to spend time with crisis patients before me. I do not fault her for the delay. Dr Evans reviewed my information and answered all my questions. I feel confident in her evaluation and her care.
Dr. Evans hurst staff for the most caring, sympathetic and wonderful people I've ever met to take care of my health problems with my heart or anything else. She's very informative and exactly tells me what I need to do and what I don't need to do and they're just all around great people.
From making my appointment through initial visit, everything was excellent. Christy welcomed and registered me quickly and efficiently. The nurse took my information and did EKG right away. Dr. Evans has a great bedside manner, very thorough and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to me and answering questions.
Dr. Evans and her staff never disappoint. My son was allowed to share in hearing her thoughts and asking questions. She was ready to share her understanding from past visits and tests. I was given an answer for each concern. I left understanding my next steps I needed to take. The staff was polite and informative.
