Trying to discuss the results with the doctor has proven challenging. It's been about a month and my telehealth appointment today wasn't scheduled properly originally. When I got the no call no show notification I called in to see if I could just have the doctor call me to discuss it. I was advised that's not possible and would have to be rescheduled. I doubled checked the appointment and this one also wasn't scheduled properly as a telehealth so I called back yet again to have it fixed. It seems correct now but this is ridiculous.
