I am diabetic type 2 was a couple minutes late (20-25) because there paving the main rode. Sorry that I would have been on time. Lady at front desk had an attitude and said she had to see if he would see me since I was not on time. She returned 30 minutes later & Doctor would not see me, "said for reason I was a hour late". Now I was only 20-25 minutes late an if you add the 30 minutes I seat in the chair you only come up with 45 so still not a hour so that a lie to base your reasons off. I am a diabetic an need my shots, I tell the nurse that came to front desk I said I will sit here all day to see a doctor if need to because I got to have my medicine. All the lady at the desk keep saying was when can reschedule you. I keep telling her I can't. One can't take no more days off work, I lose money every time I take off, an y'all have done sent me to every doctor in the county so far to get a cut off my insurance. But most importantly I had to get my medicine. So I had to leave with out being seen. Never in my life I thought a doctor would do that to a human. If you are diabetic don't go there.

Dr Malone is just a great old-fashioned (the best kind) Internist. He's well-trained, seasoned with many years of experience and really knows his stuff. You'll come away loved-on with a deep sense that he really cares for you--and that everything's gonna be alright. I'm glad he's my doctor and highly recommend him.

The absolute best doctor I've ever had in my entire life! He treats everyone with compassion and care, and goes that extra mile to make you feel like family! I adore him!

Best Dr ever. I have been seeing Dr Malone for at least 30+ years and I wouldn't trade him for anyone. Awesome manners and listens to my concerns. I am so thankful I was referred to him by my mom.

He may have been a good doctor 30 years ago, but he definitely needs to retire now. His staff is friendly, but incompetent. I would never recommend anyone go to this practice.
