No slight to Dr. Lourie but the office staff at the Austell location is absolutely terrible! They are rude, no compassion whatsoever including the manager Monique! Dr. Lourie's Ma Qutrelia has to be the rudest medical assistant I've ever dealt with, extremely disheartening! I would avoid the Austell location at all costs! I have never experienced anything like I did today contacting this office! They are so nasty and rude, they deserve 0 stars!
