If I could give a zero . It wouldn't be low enough. Worst treatment toward a referred Veteran who showed 15 minutes early to an appointment 40 minutes one way drive, and had to take several hours leave from work. Staff instructed Veteran to sign in on clip board that had stickers . Staff failed to call Veteran who finally checked to see wait time. Only to be informed the Veteran woukd need to Reschedule vecause the time had passed the 15 minutes past Veterans appointment time. It was now 11 and the Veteran had waited an hour. The staff woukdnt get anyone ekse for the Veteran to discuss this decision. None took responsibility for the incompetence, but would only reschedue for Monday 27 10AM and told the Veteran they would need to return. Veteran filed a complaint with the VA community Care Patient Advocate and University of Augusta patient advocate. This disrespectful treatment toward ANY patient is not acceptable. Worst customer service ever. All three at the front desk and that doctor should be suspended and forced to take educational courses on patient adequate.
