My visit was exceedingly pleasant. The receptionist staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. There a very short wait time. The medical team was just as great. EKG tech was magnificent. The nurse was pleasant and caring. Dr Rehmen was wonderful and genuinely concerned with my treatment plan.
Within three office visits, I have seen this doctor a total of five minutes; five minutes being generous. First appointment, there was a family emergency and he had to leave abruptly. The second visit, I was seen by a Doctor's Assistant after a 45 minute wait time. The third and last visit, well... after a 25 minute wait time in the waiting room, I was told that they were waiting for a room. After a room with apparently located, I waited a total of one hour and 15 minutes in a very cold room. I checked emails, read my Facebook, The news... eventually, I approached the front desk receptionist re did I need to reschedule because I had not seen anyone for the last hour or so? Polite apology, justification for long wait and offer to reschedule for 8 AM on Thursday. Declined. Whereby I do realize that emergencies can impact scheduled appointment times, I personally feel that patients should be immediately notified in the event the wait time will exceed 30 minutes. Very disappointed that I still have no answers to questions I had of this doctor regarding my high blood pressure Medication.
I can not say enough good about Dr. Rehman and his incredible staff!!! Professional and personable do not begin to cover it. Eric is absolutely amazing at the front desk and helping patients via the phone. They seem to have a gift for making people relax. This is not easy considering patients are there for cardiovascular issues. I am so lucky to have Dr. Rehman and his staff looking out for me!!!!!!
Staff was very friendly and greeted me right away upon siging in. Dr Rehman was very thorough and asked all the right questions to get what he needed to understand where I was with my health and what I needed. I left his office feeling good and looking forward to getting back to a healthier me. Strongly recommend.
They are the greatest. I have been to other places that didn't find out what was wrong with me, I went to see Dr. Rehman just one visit and He found out in under 30 minutes!!!!
