I've been a patient of Dr. Mashman's for a few years now. He has always had a warm and friendly presence. He allows you speak, listens carefully without distractions and strives to provide the care and feedback that best suits your issue. He sets the standard for the kind of care every physician should always provide.

Dr Mashman is not the sharpest knife in the draw. I was discharged from the hospital on 10/16/2024. Today is 10/17/2024 4:42pm EST and I am still waiting for ALL my prescriptions by him to be filled. He over talked me and didn't listen well today. He kept telling me to go to a Dr Marti. Her name is not on the 6 prescriptions he assigned to me. I guess anyone can take the MCAT nowadays. LOL...lol... At 4:57pm the pharmacist just informed me that Mashman sent over the wrong prescription for one of my medications. He didn't send the metformin. I clearly told him that I picked up the lasik meds yesterday. Mashman doesn't listen.

Dr. Mashman has been my cardiac physician for many years. He always displays professional disposition, coupled with concern for my overall wellbeing. He shares his concerns and takes the time to listen and give constructive feedback to my concerns.

This is a real review, unlike so many in the medical world. I went to see Dr. Mashman for heart valve issues. He is experienced, professional, has a wonderful bedside manner and a wry sense of humor. He allayed my fears and gave me a path forward to keep my problems at bay. I highly recommend him. His nurse Katy is wonderful too. Just ignore the front desk staff. Nathaly, in particular, seems to have had her personality surgically removed at birth.

Best physician of any sort I've ever had. His advice always guides my decisions (even times where it's not what I wanted or expected to hear) because I trust him so much. He really listens, makes sure he's making sense to the patient, takes as much time as you need, and he has humbled me on several occasions with certain details he remembers about my life. No one wants to need a cardiologist - but if you do need one, you'd be lucky to be under his care.
