I've had a follow up appointment scheduled for June 19th for several months. I had a message left on my phone on June 17th to confirm that I'd be there. I called into the office and spoke with someone at the front desk who took my name and birthdate and confirmed me in the system. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment on June 19th to a sign on the door that they're closed for the holiday. Why would you not cancel the appointments in the system and notify patients that you'll actually be closed? Why would you not tell me when I called to confirm just two days ago? So disappointed that my time was wasted. Not sure it's even worth going back to this practice.
