About Dr. Thomas Deering, MD
Dr. Deering graduated summa cum laude from the Yale University School of Medicine in 1980. He completed his medical and cardiac electrophysiology training at Yale and Tufts New England Medical Center. After serving as an assistant clinical professor of medicine at Yale between 1986 and 1989 he moved to Atlanta and joined the staff of Piedmont Hospital, where he has practiced since that time. Dr. Deering is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Physicians and the Heart Rhythm Society. By far one of the best experiences for one of the most scariest events of my life. I had such a great time learning about my new random condition that came out of nowhere. Susie was such a please and so was my intake nurse. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease with a healthcare provider and team. I am extremely grateful to Dr Deering's staff Daniesha Susie and Austin. They were so awesome like I can not say it enough thank you. We were also having a time laughing at our height differences and Susie is just as tall as me in spirit!
