Raul Blanco, M.D. FACC, received his Bachelors of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry and a Bachelors of Arts in economics with a minor in mathematics from the University of Miami in Miami, FL. He then went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Miami School Of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Emory University. Prior to joining Piedmont Heart, Dr. Blanco completed fellowships in cardiology and advanced cardiac imaging at Emory University.
