One Medical Primary Care Clinic - The Battery

I arrived at the office early. But was called at the exact time of the visit. Tori is a wonderful provider that takes the time needed to listen to you and explain the care plan. There was no wait to go to the lad. In and out fast.

One Medical is mediocre at best. Their facilities are amazing and the staff is always friendly but their doctors are kind of bad. We've been going here for close to 4 years now and the doctors don't stay long term which means I've had 3-4 primary care doctors in 4 years. My initial dr was terrible at diagnosing and only useful to prescribe things that I wanted prescribed which feels terribly wrong to me. They ended up leaving after a year and a half there. My next doctor sent me to the ER for a simple cold to get chest X-Rays cause they thought it would take too long to deal with insurance. Local urgent care had me in an out in under an hour, including x-rays. Dr left after a few months. My wife's last dr was late to her appointment by 30minutes in person, 15 minutes late to the virtual follow up and didn't show up at all to the last virtual appointment. Did not even apologize. The dr she ended up seeing virtually referred her to the wrong type of specialist (pulmonary doctor instead of a gastroenterologist) because it was mislabeled in their system... All-in-all, pretty bad doctors with very good amenities and staff.

Once you figure out that Amazon offers medical services, this is an amazing choice! Super convenient, amazing staff, great service! Love the modernization of going to the doctor!

Really enjoyed the visit. Definitely no like any other primary care visit I've ever had. Dr Nailah is super personable and the office experience from start to finish was one that will keep me coming back to see her. This what going to the doctor should be like.

I'm very skeptical of virtual clinics turned physical, but One Medical at the Battery really exceeded my expectations. I was able to easily make an appointment through the app, and I was taken back as soon as I arrived. The check in/checkout process was extraordinarily simple given I already had my information in the app. Dr. Michael spent real time assessing my problems and discussing options/concerns. I felt heard and not rushed. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. I might move my grandma here!
