Excellent care! Dr Padove has taken care of my grandmother, mother and now me. I drive 60 miles to his office. It is worth it!

DO NOT SEE THIS PRACTICE. I have been trying to pay a bill that was filed incorrectly since November of 2023. When I finally received a bill that had been filed correctly (June 2024) I was unable to pay it because it had been sent to collections. When I called to try and speak with someone they hung up on me. They do not conduct business in an organized or ethical manner and provide no patient care. Save yourself the trouble and absolutely go elsewhere!

DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OR DOCTORS!!!! My doctor was in-network and the group was out-of-network. What? No one in the office told me this and now I am stuck with bills. The billing department was supposed to review all of this and never got back to me and they did not do so. They have been impossible to deal with this issue. I started getting bills while dealing with COVID and in the hospital and now they are starting to send these bills to collections. REALLY!!!! You have been WARNED....DO NOT USE THIS GROUP OR DOCTORS!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I only put 1 star because they won't let you leave a zero star review!

They keep sending us the same bill that we have already paid. We call, they say it's taken care of but next month the bill arrives again. When you log in it says Zero balance. Very frustrating.

Awesome team! Was well cared for and my experience was awesome. Sandra and Delores are my heroes!!
