My 82- yo husband has been Dr Patel's patient for many years. He has had nothing but excellent care and complete support through many episodes of A-fib, including cardioversions and ablations. Most recently he underwent a pacemaker implant and so far the result has been only positive. His attention, follow up, and concern mean the world to us. I would highly recommend Dr Patel to anyone.

Scheduling procedures and appointments with Dr Patel are nightmarish. Staff scheduler is only available certain days of the week; does not respond to messages in a timely fashion and customer service staff are not instructed to inform patients re: logistics of scheduling with Dr Patel. Highly dissatisfied and looking for another more accessible and responsive electrophysiology team. Respect for PA Elizabeth White as she is caring and thorough. But, practice procedures are untenable.

Dr. Patel performed my device replacement. I was referred to him and highly recommended by my cardiologist. Dr. Patel and his staff are all great - from the office staff to the surgical team. They were all very pleasant, professional, and made me feel comfortable at all times. Most of all - My surgery went well with zero complications!!
Thank you to the entire team!!

Dr. Patel is so gifted that he should be intimidating, but he's the polar opposite. Instead, he's personable, solicitous, and kind. But don't let that kind, calm demeanor fool you. This is a guy who does surgery that is so complicated that I can't even understand a clip art representation of it. He's only in clinic one day a week, but that is because he is in such high demand for the intricate, life-saving surgeries he performs the four other days.
His RNs set the standard by which I measure all others. They work late, promptly respond to calls and portal messages, and are always there for you. When my cardiologist's office decided it was no longer going to sign the forms required by my insurer, these nurses jumped into the void to save a situation not of their making. They are heroes in every definition of the word. I have never had the good fortune to work with nurses of this caliber before, and I doubt I will ever again.
If you ever need a cardiac electrophysiologist, you would be indeed super fortunate to be able to see Dr. Patel and his RNs.
