I can't say enough good things about Dr. Francois. Every visit, I'm met with a warm and caring attitude. She always takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provides thoughtful and thorough explanations. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients.
Talk about incredible service! I was greeted with genuine smiles and professionalism by Natasha and Desiree. Karen the medical assistant made me super comfortable before I met with nurse practitioner Hawkins who was an absolute delight, and the most dreaded part of the process for me (blood work) was handle by Kendra with ease and swiftness. Never laughed so much and have all smiles at a medical visit. It was a world whirl of magic girl magic. And the whole process took less than an hour! Kudos to this awesome team of medical professionals!
No one ever answers the phone, my visit information still isn't put into the system 3 weeks after.. I'm on a 35 minute wait as I write this smh.. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to patients
I am writing to express my deep dismay and concern regarding my recent experiences during appointments at your facility. On March 12, 2024, after only my second appointment, I made the decision not to return due to significant concerns regarding the unprofessionalism and conduct exhibited by, Ms. Kendra Jones. During both of my appointments, Ms. Jones demonstrated unethical behavior, including a lack of courtesy, aggression, and disregard for not only patients, but her coworkers as well. Despite attempting to address my concerns, I was met with further disrespect and dismissiveness by, Ms. Jones. Sadly, Kendra did not stop there, she felt as if her point was so important to prove, that she followed me and continued to disrupt not only my peace , but other patients and her coworkers around her.
The facility is clean and welcoming. The doctor I saw was pleasant and very knowledgeable. She offered and supported my concerns also the entire staff was well mannered and polite
