Dr. Subodh Agrawal, MD - Cardiologist

Writing this review on the behalf of a family member who cannot write this review for herself due to age and vision. She went to him monthly because he had her convinced she was dying. He placed her on so many heart and blood pressure medications she didn't need for years at such high levels they damaged her kidney and liver, which then due to the damage to her kidneys, started causing actual heart problems (kidney function has a huge effect on blood pressure and heart function.) We're now under the care of another heart doctor who when they looked at her history simply stated, "they need to be reported." We now only see this doctor every 6 months, even with heart and kidney issues, not monthly. Lo and behold, look up Agarwal, and he's been sued for killing a patient in a surgery he didn't need. That tracks for this doctor. He's in it for the money from insurance and I have no idea HOW he still has a liscense. Seriously, stay away.

Please listen to everyone that has commented. This man needs his license taken away immediately!! My family will not stop until this practice is shut down. He put our elderly grandmother in the hospital due to his negligence. Please pray for the elderly that don't have anyone advocating for them, he's taking advantage of them!

Writing this review on behalf of an older relative, who is not tech savvy enough to do so. She has been a patient here for years and we are in the process of getting her away from this money-hungry doctor. The practices I've heard her complain about are not only shady, but unethical. The office will try to schedule multiple unnecessary appointments within a 1-2 week span, charge a cancellation fee for cancels made well in advance, very little time with Dr. Agrawal during the visit, surprise bills that the office demands be paid before they'll see you, etc. All to collect a copay and insurance payment. After I saw Dr. Ag lost a $4M malpractice lawsuit last year, these money-hungry practices made complete sense. I don't understand how a medical "professional" is allowed to operate like this. We'll be reporting his practices to a higher authority. Steer clear.

Dr Agrawal has been my doctor for a long time. He's the greatest. They always take my insurance cards and that's all I have to do. I'm not ever asked for a copay up front. The staff has always been kind and courteous from front desk to labs and nurses! I recommend Dr Agrawal to everyone! I love my doctor and his staff!
