My niece was very nervous coming in to the office, but once she got to the back with the other nurses, they made her feel very comfortable. Her nervousness turned into smiles. I love this for all the babies, I enjoyed watching them do what was best for their patients. Thank you from the Phillips Family Dr. Hardens office is the best.
Dr. Harden and his staff are phenomenal! Their bedside manner is top notch. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it. They acknowledged my 3 year old when they entered the room and kept conversation with her during testing. We are pleased with our experience.
I would rate Dr. Harden a 10/10. Very professional and his bedside manner was great. But Tameka and Magan were outstanding! My baby girl is usually very shy and reserved but she was so happy and calm with them (that she almost forgot that I was even there!) They took their time, playing with her and feeding into her curiosity of all the tools. And although, we didn't feel rushed -- it was over before we even knew it. They were appropriately timely and their kindness was out of this world. Even the lady at the front desk was so sweet and engaging with my daughter. The whole team is perfect. My baby was not diagnosed with anything however, if she were, I wouldn't hesitate to bring her here. Keep up the good work! It was a pleasure.
Dr. Brayden knowledgeable in his field and the staff were nice! Highly recommend!
Dr. Harden is a great physician who listens and problem solves. We had been through many providers for my teenage daughter and his expertise in Dysautonomia allowed him to treat her syncope and get it under control. We both highly recommend him for treatment of POTS related syncope (fainting). Great physician!
