I have always had to wait a little while, however Dr. Khuu is definitely worth waiting for. He is very knowledgeable and he has a very good bed side manner. He explains what he wants to do and why. He takes his time with you and that's why it's a longer wait. Also, you can tell he treats his staff and patients like family. A+ He is my Doctor as well as my son's.

I've only been here a few times but each time something seems to go wrong. The first visit I showed up, signed in and the front desk lady said I didnt have an appointment and said I'd probably scheduled with Premier Community Health across the road. I was certain I was at the right place, but she said she had no record of me on the schedule. So I go across the road to the other clinic, I explain the situation and they tell me I'm not on the schedule there either. So I go back to PHV and explain what happened and that somebody must've made a mistake somewhere. Well, I indeed had an appointment that day at PHV, at the very time I stated too. How the front desk lady missed it I dont know. But by the time she figured what had happened they rescheduled my appoitment for another day because I was too late for that appointment slot. Much of my time and resources wasted, I'm disabled and have others drive me to applintments, its not only my time that is being disrespected. Today I went back for a check up visit and waited nearly an hour and a half to see the dr. The doctor came in late with his assistant (who didn't even introduce herself), didnt apologize for being late and only saw for maybe a total of 5 minutes. He ordered a few tests, refilled my prescription and rushed out the door. I don't understand how medical offices can stay in business with such terrible customer service and being so careless with their patient's time and money.

edit: i had called to talk about the issues i had, and i was thankfully taken seriously. i am very glad to know that while there are bad people here, the girls in the front are all great and i wish the absolute best for all of them. a few employees do listen, but they only have heart disease on mind. they do not listen to you if you are young. my last appointment felt humiliating enough to warrant a review, and cancel my future follow up. i only experience symptoms when i am upright, and was told my tilt test was "abnormal, but normal", and was sent to another specialist i will not be visiting after not even being talked to directly to be told to "slow down on the caffeine". when i said i dont drink caffeine, all he did was look at me like i was lying, and diagnose me with something that doesnt even closely follow what ive been experiencing since march this year after catching influenza type b. he ignores vital pieces to your case, and focuses on the most expensive diagnosis. i will not be visiting any locations under this same company if this is how young people are treated. he didnt explain anything, and i was told to just google things i didnt understand. if i could give this place 0 stars, that wouldnt even be low enough for how i was made to feel.

So I have had a couple appts with Dr Huy Khuu, and I like him. But his office staff leaves a LOT to be desired. First they schedule me for a nuclear stress test on 11 Nov, then a couple days before they call me to say they have to reschedule because they don't test that day. So they reschedule me for 24 Nov and forgot I had a followup on 21 Nov to discuss the results from 11 Nov, so I had to call them to reschedule that! Today, 7 Nov, they call to say they have to reschedule my 24 Nov appt because there won't be a Dr in that day and at this point they need to reschedule for 22 Dec. Hopefully I won't have a heart attack before I find a new Dr!

You were professional, respectful, and helpful. The gentleman worked with me during the testing. He physically helped me when I needed it. The doctor was professional and respectful. She let me know my medical issue and prescribed the appropriate medication. She treated me like a human being who needed medical help. Thank you to the medical office.
