KSC Cardiology

I really wish I had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Aparajita. I scheduled an appointment with this office on 8/6/25 after meeting her during my last hospital stay. She was very kind and showed genuine concern for my condition, which gave me hope. My appointment was originally set for 8/28/25 at KSC Cardiology in Lake Wales, but because of the pain and discomfort I'm experiencing from complex iliac compression (May-Thurner Syndrome) and a total stent occlusion, I called earlier this week to try to move it up. Thankfully, I was offered a sooner appointment on 8/27/25 at the Winter Haven location, which I confirmed. Unfortunately, just one hour before my appointment, I received a call stating they don't take my insurance. I explained that I was willing to self-pay since I was desperate to be seen. I was told that I could not pay out of pocket and that my appointment should not have been scheduled at all. On top of that, the staff member I spoke with showed very little empathy. This was incredibly disappointing, as I was counting on this appointment. I just want to share my experience so others don't go through the same situation. Please do your research carefully before scheduling with this practice.

Absolutely love the staff here from the moment I stepped in with front desk & while checking out . Dr.Chandra has Great staff everyone is so kind and happy . Will be following up with my future appointments.

My first visit was today. EVERYONE, was as kind and welcoming as could be. I wanted to hug everyone. So nice. Answering every question with care. I'm very happy with the staff.

My appointment was scheduled for 3:30PM. I arrived at 3:18PM. I have been in the waiting area for 30 minutes now - it is 4:10PM and I still have not been seen by the doctor. What bothers me with this situation is that they expect me to arrive before my appointment time and if I am late, they will cancel my appointment and charge me a no-show fee, but if they're late, I cannot leave & get a refund of my co-payment. I can understand a 10 minute delay, but this is unacceptable! My time is valuable too.
