For many years we had our doctor in NYC but when we moved to Florida he told us Doctor Willard was a higher respected Cardiologist and we would be in excellent hands with him. He was right! I'm now moving to Miami but plan to make the trip back to Winter Haven for my check ups because I know the attention I receive not only from Dr. Willard but also from his staff is unsurpassed.

15 minutes on hold so if u have urgent matter don't count on the doctor or the staff to even answers let alone to return your call. So he's either a money hungry person, that don't care about his patients and not hiring enough staff, or his staff is extremely lazy and work with one speed which reverse.
