(-1 Star - if I could give negative one star, I would) I cannot stress enough how strongly I recommend against seeing Dr. Khanna for any medical needs. My experience with him and his office has been nothing short of a nightmare, and it seems I'm not alone in this sentiment. Firstly, his medical practice is questionable at best. During my visit, he seemed unsure of how to operate basic medical equipment, going so far as to ask his son's friend--who was interning and clearly not qualified--"Do you know how to use this machine?" as he struggled with a blood pressure monitor. This echoes another review that mentioned Dr. Khanna's incompetence in managing type one diabetes. Secondly, his office management is abysmal. They closed down for 4 weeks without any notice, making it impossible for me to get in touch with them. This was particularly concerning as I was waiting for a life-threatening medication to be submitted. When they finally reopened and I managed to get them on the phone, they acted as if the medication had been submitted weeks ago. However, upon checking with my pharmacy, I found out that the prescription was submitted that very day. Another reviewer also mentioned the lack of communication regarding insurance, which adds to the list of administrative failures. Lastly, the front desk, managed by his wife, is a disaster. She is extremely rude and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation even worse. Multiple reviews have pointed out the poor front desk experience, so it's clearly not an isolated incident. Given the number of negative reviews that share similar experiences, I'm inclined to believe that the positive reviews are either fake or posted by the doctor himself. This has been a horrendous experience, and I highly recommend you steer clear of this doctor and his practice. Your health is too important to entrust to such incompetence. If I could give negative one star, I absolutely would. NIGHTMARE!

Dr. Khanna has been my doctor for about 7 years now and I consider him not only a friend, but family. He is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, caring, patient and compassionate. He is an exceptional physician and a truly remarkable. Dr. K also has a very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. They are always warm, friendly, helpful and extremely professional.

Doctor is a great doctor, office staff on the other hand is a terror. Please check your paperwork and insurance before and after visiting. Was called hours later after hours to be told insurance was not accepted and had to pay out of pocket after we were assured before appointment that it was, went through insurance change just to be seen and was dismissed and asked to not return to practice. Name was matched with an address that we've never lived and had a back and forth and never received an apology for the mix up. Many years back this practice was a Blessing truly now it's a curse beware.
