The nursing staff as well as their technicians help me with great care as well as The doctor. I do have to praise those nurses and technicians for a job so well done that nobody could ask for any better. I Would like to think all of them again for a job well done
My procedure from start to finish was seamless. Intake was timely and the techs and doctors explained everything thoroughly and clearly. The procedure itself, while uncomfortable, did not take long and thry did their best to make sure I was ok throughout. They allowed me to take my time when we were finished and I never felt rushed. The facility is clean, inviting, and bright and I will definitely return for any future needs I may have.
The workers in the emergency room are simply the best crew I've ever met. Everybody I met were trying their best to do everything possible to make me comfortable A hospital is not where I want to be but Advent Winter garden is the best. Everyone was the Best
I wish my check in went better... but after I got past the waiting room, I had the most life changing experience! I've never felt more greatful to an amazing team who took such good care of me. I was scared and in pain and they treated me like family. I will never go anywhere else. If anyone would like to know more about my experience please reach out I would love to talk about it!
5-Star Review for AdventHealth Winter Garden I want to thank AdventHealth Winter Garden for the absolutely wonderful care my daughter and I received. This hospital is truly the best. Every person we encountered went above and beyond, and I am so grateful. I especially want to recognize Sherman, the security guard. He helped me with my scooter and even loaded it for me. He was so kind and treated me with such respect. I didn't have any cash with me to thank him properly, but he truly deserved it. Sherman is fantastic, and AdventHealth is lucky to have him. I also want to thank the cashier in the cafeteria (I wish I had gotten her name). She carried my tray for me, checked on me, and asked if there was anything else I needed. Her kindness meant so much during a stressful time. And a special thank-you to Maxine in the kitchen. I loved the broccoli soup, and when I mentioned it to her, she said she would ask if they could make it again the next day. And they did! That made my day. Maxine was wonderful. These three people -- Sherman, the cafeteria cashier, and Maxine -- made a difficult time so much easier with their kindness and care. AdventHealth Winter Garden should be proud of their staff. Thank you for treating us with compassion and respect.
